Mix of green salad served with our organic bread with honey and goat cheese, toasted in the oven with crispy smoked ham, with a sauce of olive oil, lemon, honey and balsamic vinegar.

Tasty lasagna in Minas Gerais style, cooked to perfection made with courgette, tomatoes, leek, eggplant, olive oil, fresh herbs, salt, parsley, chives and pepper, baked in the oven with gratin parmesan cheese.

Moqueca de Peixe

(Fish stew at Bahia Style)

– Served with white rice.

Hearty one-pot of fish stew packed with fragrant herbs and spices. White fish seasoned with lime-juice with a hint of black and white pepper, cooked in olive oil and azeite de dendê, with tomatoes, onions, garlic, red, green and yellow pepper, saffron and cilantro, with a creamy coconut sauce to create a delicately balanced sweet and sour broth.

Filet do Frevo

–Served with white rice and batata soute.

A classic from São Paulo! 200 grs of filet mignon flambé with cognac, in a mustard and cream of milk based sauce with champignons and capers.
